Come savor all that Island living has to offer in our freshly remodeled 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located on a concrete canal at Ocean Isle Beach. The home features amazing vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The private dock provides simple access for boating and fishing. A rare find on Ocean Isle Beach, the home has a private concrete swimming pool with an outdoor living space and gazebo area. The backyard includes an artificial turf putting green designed by Celebrity Greens, for those that appreciate a little additional sport during their vacation. Included in the rental is kayaks, and bicycles for exploring the island. We are located on second street, just one block from the Raeford Street public beach access. The Master Suite includes a King Bed. Three of the other bedrooms have a queen bed. The loft area is designed for all of the first mates in your event. Located on the second floor, the loft includes 3 full size bunk beds and a constructed in single bunk, a 65 inch TV and gaming system.

When to visit & When to reserve a Ocean Isle Beach rental home:

  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Summertime is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
