Charming oceanfront home! Professionally furnished and decorated, this home has it all for a great family experience. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. Home has two master suites. 5 flat screen TVs. Elevator access to all floors. For family gatherings, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Grand private pool for guest enjoyment. Decks and porches for calming and appreciating those gorgeous ocean vistas. Enclosed H/C outdoor shower, 2-car garage, high-speed WIFI.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
