Welcome to Beach Sol at Sea Colony! Freshly refreshed! floor condo offers all the amenities of home and an ocean view that will take your breath away! From the balcony, you can see spectacular sunrises, watch dolphins playing & pelicans in flight. During peak season you can savor a full fireworks display every Thursday nighttime. Centrally located, it's a five min. walk to the Ocean Grille & Tiki Bar, and a short distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Kure Beach Pier & NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. We provide our guests with one parking pass (these are only valid for parking on Sea Colony property, please make sure they are displayed on your dashboard, not doing so could result in being towed). You may have one additional parking pass upon request prior to stay for another car for a guest that is also staying at the condo.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
