Sea Oats is an original privately owned single family home located 2 rows from the ocean on the West end of the island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo/cd player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, roof deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING *** & ***NO FAMILY PETS *** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
  • Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.

More tips for your stay:

  • Get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
