When to book a Brunswick area rental home & When to go:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.

  • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
