Club Villas's two-bedroom suites feature two double beds in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own roomy bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a entirely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Enormous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo.
