Exterior amenities include outside shower, screen porch, sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED ***home. Nightly units require a departure maid service. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING!!
