Exterior amenities include screen porch, deck, outdoor shower, covered porch, outdoor shower & fish sink. This is stringently a ***'NON SMOKING*** home including the porches & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. Nightly units require a departure maid service. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
