Ocean Breeze, a pretty, 2nd row, privately owned home on the West end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 4 color cable TVs, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, ceiling fans, screen porch & sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
