The alley entrance to the parking area is 9 feet wide. That means you cannot fit a sizable work van or a big work truck and trailers are not allowed. Free Parking on the Street: Everyone in Wilmington knows that street parking is a drag unless you know a local with a Historic District Parking Pass. Now you do. If your truck is too big, or you need more than one space we can get you a parking pass. Contact us, pay a $50.00 deposit (returned when the pass is returned) and you'll get a parking pass that you can use on any non metered space downtown and park complimentary!! Laundry:There is an on site laundry facility. We try and keep soaps in there in case you need some. The machines and the laundry room are shared with the other guests but are seldom in use. Welcome to Stay Salty. We are the right side of an ocean view duplex town home and just a short walk to the beach. You will adore all the high-end finishes of this charming home. When you first walk in you'll notice the sizable open floor plan - living room, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a enormous 65" Intelligent TV in the living room. The kitchen has quartz countertops, solid wood cabinets, waterproof Pergo floor, and a granite back splash with wall mounted pot filler faucet. Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with queen bed, Intelligent TV, and full bathroom off the hall.On the second floor are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is roomy with a queen bed, has a Intelligent TV, and on-suite private bathroom with walk in shower with multiple shower heads and a huge walk in closet. Just down the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed and Intelligent TV, a full bathroom off the hall, and the fourth bedroom with queen bed and a Intelligent TV.Off the master bedroom is a deck with spiral stairs up to a rooftop patio and marvelous ocean view.We have parking for four cars and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The backyard has a brand-new pergola with outdoor lighting, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grille and a picnic table. The public beach access is a short four-min. walk away, and we provide a rolling cart for all your beach gear. Savor all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famed boardwalk, eateries, great seafood, bars, ice cream stores, coffee stores, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts.
