Wrightsville Dunes H-3C is a really fantastic third floor, oceanfront condo on the peaceful North end of Wrightsville Beach. Totally refreshed from top to bottom in 2024, this unit now features exceptional bespoke designs throughout, and offers a modern vacation space that you won’t soon forget!

As you enter the property, you’ll be stunned by the bright and open living area. The vaulted ocean facing ceiling windows, which aren’t found in most Wrightsville Dunes units, create outstanding natural light in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances and was designed with the flow of family cooking in mind. With its handsome design, tons of counter space, a coffee station, and all of the equipment you could ever need to create excellent meals, the kitchen will surely be a fashionable gathering spot for you and your family!

The two sound-facing guest bedrooms for the property are towards the front of the unit and have a queen bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle, respectively. These bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the property and gives guests an unbelievable view of the Atlantic to wake up to. This bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a massive private bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a brand new washer and dryer.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
