This home and yard are cavernous and fun. There is over 1500 sq ft inside and a enormous fenced in back yard with a new sizable deck. The kitchen and dining room is freshly modernized. Everyone has room to relax and play inside and out, including kids and dogs. It is in a peaceful neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close to beaches, eateries, and downtown activities. Unwind back at home with a fun selection of family games. Don't forget about the Fireplace in the game room and soon to be added, smokeless firepit off the back patio. More amenities are being added every season. You won't beat our prices for a comparable place. When to visit Wilmington & When to book:

• Summer time is high season in the Brunswick area area. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
