Step inside this impressive 5 bedroom home, located in the Maritime Forest. The main floor features an open, light-filled floor plan that includes a living room, powder room, dining area, and a entirely equipped kitchen with granite countertops and even a separate bar area with a screened in porch. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom and bath plus two additional bedrooms and bathroom. All bedrooms in the main home have double beds. There is also another screened porch upstairs.   • Lock your rental home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
