A 2 min. golf cart ride from The Shoals Club, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been newly refreshed & is completely outfitted! Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins) and 2 full baths. Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, and master with another full bath. Just down the street from Commons Park, and with a private dock in the community leading to marsh access for fishing & crabbing, this is the ideal place for a relaxing hideaway on Bald Head Island! A 6 passenger golf cart is included in the rental, and a temporary membership to The BHI Club & Shoals Club is available for separate purchase to savor private pool access, dining, and pretty East Beach! Go “Off the Grid” for your next vacation to BHI!

Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island, is home to this vacation home.   • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Bald Head Island. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
