This upper level, end unit condo is freshly refreshed! You will be so pleased with this bright and cheery condo, with new comfortable furnishings and striking beach décor! You will discover modern and updated Luxury Vinyl Plank floor, with updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The cavernous open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is open and bright, with a huge 50" flat screen TV, a unique electric fireplace to knock the chill off on those rainy beach days, and a new L-shaped sleeper couch (bed linens not included for sleeper couch). The kitchen is well appointed, offering clean lines with updated cabinets and quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed, new 40" TV, ceiling fan and full private bath with tub/shower combo, as well as exceptional vistas of the ocean! Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, 32" TV, ceiling fan and shares the full hall bath with tub/shower combo. When preferred an additional hall door provides the option to transform this area into your own completely private bed and bath suite. This bedroom has a street side view. You will be sure to appreciate the 1 GB internet service, full streaming APPs, an additional sports package and all local network channels on all TV's which accepts many entertaining options for everybody!
