Welcome to Upstream Retreat! A 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the Intercoastal Waterway just two blocks from the beach with NO hidden costs! The space has been refreshed with all new furnishings, appliances, finishes, and a kitchen stock full of goodies. Upstream is ideal for a couples' getaway, remote working, or family hideaway. With great vistas for watching the sunrise and sunset off the two porches and fireworks from the marina (seasonal), come see why we adore calling Carolina Beach home!

Along with full access to the condo, guests will have 2 assigned off-street parking spaces as well as access to the pool (open seasonally), docks for fishing and water sports, and grilles in the common areas.   • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. Book your Brunswick area rental property in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
