Tucked under the shade of trees and just one street over from the beach access, "Oaks and Waves" is the ideal place to call home during your stay on handsome Oak Island.

Our coastal cutie is full of appeal and character with modern amenities waiting for you!
"Oaks and Waves" is located in the heart of Oak Island, less than one mile to dining and shopping, and just a fast walk to the beach access at SE 69th St.

Our two bedroom, 1 bath home will make your coastal dreams come true!

Unwind on the inviting front porch with porch swing, appreciate a ride on our beach cruiser bicycles or pack up the beach wagon and take a walk to the close by beach access. The newly completely fenced in backyard has plenty of space to relax. We can't wait to host you!

Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach. Traveling with kids? May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation!   • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it.
