All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Generous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Sunset Beach. Reserve your rental home in Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
