This canal home has it all, convenient access for beach people, floating dock for boaters and great kitchen for the prepare! Private pool! Two separate eating areas, five porches with swings, rockers and chairs. Master bedroom has adjoining sitting area with full-size sleeper couch (sheets are not supplied for sleeper couch) and a humongous master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs sitting room/office was transformed into a 4th bedroom! TVs in all bedrooms. Savor the vistas of the undeveloped tidal marsh from the front porch or the canal from the screened room downstairs. This enchanting home is well-maintained for your comfort and enjoyment! High Speed Internet. Owner reserves the right to access boat dock and boat lift on the canal. Beach access located between 883 & 885 OBW.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront.   • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.   • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
