Spectacular, refreshed beach home with 3 bedrooms (TVs and access to exterior decks in every room) and a 2-car garage. Bright and open upstairs including living room with comfortable 3-seater couch and couch bed along with 70” tv, gas fireplace, and an updated kitchen with access to front, side, and back decks (ideal for watching a majestic sunset or grooving to the sounds of the summer concert series at the Pavilion every Sunday afternoon). With spectacular intracoastal waterway and ocean vistas, this home is ideal for any family with a doggie family member (or 2) as it is pet friendly with payment of pet fee. The elegantly landscaped backyard includes a huge green space and a charcoal grille. Also, outside is a private hot and cold shower!
Only a 5-min. walk to the beach and ten-min. drive to the nearest golf course. It is located in the heart of the island (around100 yards from all three of Holden Beach’s eateries, ice cream shop, and convenient store, and a short walk to Bridgeview Park with playground, splash pad, and pickleball/basketball courts. Public boat ramp, kayak launch, and fishing dock are also right across the street!)

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Sailfish Park.   • Summer is the most expensive season in Holden Beach. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Brunswick area restaurants and activities.
  • The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance.
