The condominium has been completely modernized including the lock-out unit. We have upgraded the interior to include new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and range in the main kitchen. The mini-suite offers a new dishwasher and microwave. The remodel includes new floor and counter-tops in kitchens and bathrooms new faucets and light fixtures and fresh paint through-out.
The condo is roomy, clean, and entirely supplied with bed linens, wash cloths and towels-DO NOT take any towels or linens included out of the unit. Guest must provide their own beach towels and/or beach blankets. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The full-size kitchen offers everything you will need during your stay.
This cavernous ground floor condo with central air/heat is attractively decorated and provides 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom provides 2 queen size beds with new beds and wall mounted flat screen T.V.s. The living room includes a new couch and appreciate seat and mounted flat screen. The unit offers complimentary cable and internet. The kitchenette includes 6 chairs and there are 2 bar stools available at eat-in kitchen island.
Sea Trail Plantation offers amenities including 2 pools (modest daily fee), 2 resident clubhouses, three 18 hole golf courses, eateries, library, exercise center, tennis courts and community garden. Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on a river. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
