As soon as you step into this inviting canal home you will instantly feel right at home. "The Doodle Dock" is complete with a roomy and open living room and dining room combination, complete with comfortable furnishings, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and modern lighting. The living room opens up to a huge porch overlooking the canal. You will adore the wood floor and beautiful beach décor throughout the home. The kitchen is well equipped, with refreshed appliances, modern cabinetry, a constructed-in corner table, and has everything you need to create gourmet meals at home.

Bedroom #1 is complete with a King bed, ceiling fan, street side view, with a full private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, tv, street side view, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bath (shower only) with bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 is complete with a Twin/Full bunk bed and a Twin/Twin bunk bed, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bath (shower only) with bedroom #2.

Take your meals outside to the patio! Appreciate the ground level patio located beside the water, complete with two picnic tables, and a swing overlooking the water. You will appreciate the covered gazebo at the boat dock for fishing or calming. The fisherman in your life will savor the fish cleaning station located by the canal.

You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of mins. with the public beach access located at the end of the street, roughly 900 feet from the front door. Do some surf fishing, take a walk on the beach to search for your favorite seashells & sharks teeth, or simply relax and relax while taking in the salt air and watching the waves crash on the shore. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water.
