* Bed linens and bath towels supplied, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies.

House Rules:
*No Smoking. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a fee for a deodorization treatment.

*Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are unfortunately not typically available due to our cleaners' schedule. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Please no parking on the property before check in time or after check out time so our cleaning team can effortlessly park.

* Painless check-in with a digital code unique to you.

* Parking available for 2 cars in the mulch driveway only.

*Visitors must be approved by host.

*Please be honoring of our neighbors by keeping the noise volume low and by not walking through neighbors yards.

*Do not burn incense or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove during a quick turnover and the next guests may have sensitivities to smells.

Located in Carolina Beach, this apartment is on a river. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• June, July, and August are high season in the Brunswick area area. To book the best rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
