This suite is located on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking Banks Channel. All condos are attractively decorated according to our high standards of both comfort and practicality. Two T.V.s are supplied for viewing in both the bedroom and the living area. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy-style queen-size bed in the living room that accepts for a flexible sleeping arrangement in the suite. The interior of the refreshed condo features all the amenities of home. The entirely equipped kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cooktop and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are included for cooking simple meals. There is a Keurig coffee pot and an ice maker in the refrigerator. This is the ideal location as it is within walking distance to shopping, a wide range of eateries for dining out, and a local grocery store. Once you are here, you can park your car and relax. There is a guest laundry facility located on our second floor.

PARKING at Summer Sands is VERY RESTRICTED. There are parking spaces sufficient to allow ONE car per unit. One parking pass will be issued for the unit. No additional passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars will need to park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI and linens, including all linens + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is by the sea. Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding. South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a budget:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the largest rental home within budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Brunswick area restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
