When you aren't playing in the sand, head for the Beach Club, boasting beach access and a swimming pool. Additional attractions like the Oak Island Pier, Oak Island Golf Club, Oak Island Lighthouse, pickleball & tennis at Middleton Park, Fort Fisher State Historic Site, and the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are all less than 18 miles from your front door.

Displaying 1,535 square feet of living space, you'll have no issues spreading out and getting comfortable. As you enter, you will immediately take notice of the living room's cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and enormous intelligent TV. From here, you'll have fast access to a screened-in porch. The gourmet eat-in kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sizable breakfast bar. When you'd prefer to prepare alfresco, simply fire up the gas grille.

Bright and cavernous, the primary bedroom has a private workstation and en suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is accessible via French doors and also features quick bathroom access. Wireless internet, a full-sized washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning tie together the interior amenities.

As the sun begins to set over heaven, hop on the included bicycles and head for the sand. You'll appreciate watching the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues as they meet the water. Back from your ride, sip on a glass of wine from the comfort of the rockers on the front porch.
