This oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Inside, you will find LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, all-new decor, bathrooms, HVAC, and a completely refreshed kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furnishings is brand new including the beds! Updates also included installing glass doors on all the showers, remodeling the primary shower in full, and installing new windows and doors on the beach side of the home. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows.

Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a heater and new Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! Unwind on the new and gorgeously appointed outdoor furnishings and appreciate the ocean breeze. The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a great stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
