  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance.
