Welcome to the Marilyn. NO CLEANING FEE. Drop dead beautiful 3 bedroom steps from downtown Wilmington river walk and all eateries and bars. Totally outfitted with EVERYTHING you need. Keurig and full coffee maker all linens and sheets included. Just bring clothes!
There is nothing like this in Wilmington. 1 off street and ample complimentary on street parking included! 3 bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King sleep 6. There is also an air bed that can sleep 2 more for a total of 8. Washer and dryer supplied with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are supplied. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY supplied kitchen for making memories with family.

All TVs are intelligent TVs as well. One off street space parking space is supplied and there is ample complimentary street parking as well. this is the bottom floor of a 2 unit duplex. Both can be rented together :)
