Once you walk in, you'll feel like you're worlds away on your own private island in North Carolina while only being mins. from fashionable eateries and attractions. Upstairs has an open floor plan with a gorgeous main living space featuring a massive sectional couch, enormous flatscreen TV, and fireplace. The completely equipped kitchen features everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay — ample counter space, an enormous center island with sink, and bar seating for 4. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Getting the best value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Oak Island. Book your Brunswick area vacation in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
