Down the hallway, past the kitchen, are two bedrooms, the laundry room and a full bath. The first bedroom is the Primary King, featuring an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Next to the King is a bunk room, containing two bunk beds. Both the bunk room and the King have private access to porches, making them one step closer to heaven.

Upstairs, are two more bedrooms, a loft and an awe-inspiring ocean-view deck with comfortable seating.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
