This also has a elegant backyard pool, so when you are tired of playing in the sand, you can savor a fast dip or even an simple calming day by the pool. Recently refreshed offering new luxury vinyl plank floor throughout, new quartz kitchen countertops with a gorgeous backsplash, all new stainless steal appliances and a bright new paint color throughout the entire home to give it an refreshed and fresh, beachy look. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has an inverted floor plan that offers an open concept kitchen and living area on the 2nd level with a convenient ½ bath. The kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, a flat top stove, and a separate ice maker. The dining area seats 8 and 3 more at the kitchen bar top. There is one bedroom on the top level with a King bed and a full private bath. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, each having their own private bathrooms as well!

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
