Sea Drift 200-Breezy is within walking distance to so many attractions in our area including the boardwalk, lake, stores, and eateries. This comfortable condo is only one row from the ocean as well. You can't beat the location of this home!


Guests may only park in spots clearly marked as 300/200. They should have passes on their dashboards that state the address and unit number (300/200) and the dates of their reservation. NO electric or battery-operated cars are allowed (including scooters, bicycles, and battery-operated golf carts… gas golf carts are allowed.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.

  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
