This handsome Pointe West home has all the best amenities. Located in the appealing Pointe West Community, this home has access to the private community oceanfront beach access just a short walk away, and a community ICW dock. This home features a private swimming pool, outside shower, and 3 decks to appreciate the sun and rock your cares away.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Inside, there are 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space to savor your beach vacation. The open floor plan includes a living room on the first level that opens to the dining room and kitchen area. Well outfitted kitchen includes a complimentary-standing ice maker, double oven, and a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip machine. The primary bedroom is on the first level of this home accepting for privacy as the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. There are intelligent TVs in every bedroom, some with Roku access and a super-fast mesh network! A Weber gas grille is included with the rental for all of your BBQ needs! When to visit & When to reserve a Holden Beach rental home:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Brunswick area area. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Brunswick area vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation!
