This 5 bedroom 5 bathroom beach home is a ideal get away for a family vacation. Recently modernized kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertop. It is located in a semi-private community of Summer Place . Low traffic circle street which is ideal for kids to ride bicycles or for you to savor short walks. It is also just a short 900 ft walk to the beach with direct beach access located at Private Drive. You are a short 1/2 mile walk to the pier, stores, putt-putt, arcade, eateries and ice cream.
Outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off from the beach. House has a fenced in Private Pool. Heating for the pool is available during off season for an additional charge.
Linens are supplied. Paper products and Towels are NOT supplied.

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guides have deals for local accommodations and attractions.

  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents quite a few difficulties.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Note any issues with the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute arises.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors bothering your peaceful home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
