Welcome to your luxury stay on the Lake boasting vistas from every level. This location can't be beat! This home is directly on the South East side of the lake on a PRIVATE and QUIET road; only 2 blocks from beach and .7 miles to the boardwalk.

This bespoke newly constructed home includes an elevator, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). A massive completely equipped kitchen, vistas from everywhere you stand in the open Living, Dining, Kitchen. 3 upsized balconies! and parking for 5 cars.

Enter the home from the covered parking area into a enclosed entryway with first floor elevator.

THE SECOND FLOORING includes two primary bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 has a KING size bed, bespoke walk in shower with roomy vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and appreciating your morning coffee.

Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, en suite bathroom with tub and big sky vistas over the wetlands.

The second floor is also where the laundry room is located making dropping beach towels, etc on the way in from your day at the beach a breeze.

THE THIRD FLOORING includes three bedrooms:

Bedroom #3 is a primary bedroom with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #4 has peek-a-boo ocean vistas and features two bespoke constructed in bunk beds with individual lighting and shelving ( a fun and inviting space for kids).

Bedroom #5 has two QUEEN size beds and vistas overlooking the wetlands.

THE TOP FLOORING: Is an open floor plan with countless vistas of the Lake and the ocean. Ideal for entertaining. This sizable open floor plan includes an upsized well outfitted kitchen with seating for 10 @ the dining table. A comfortable living area with a 65" TV and 6' long fireplace with a enormous deck that towers over the Lake with vistas from every angle.
Carolina Beach Lake is a .7 mile loop great for walking, cycling and birding. It includes swings, paddle boats, and more!

We have unobstructed vistas of the weekly summer CB firework show! A .2 mile walk to the friday nighttime movie nighttime in CB Lake Park.
