Surrounding the open kitchen are breakfast bars and multiple tables with plentiful seating and floor to ceiling ocean vistas. 11 Cogg’s main living area is equipped with 3 sliding glass doors connecting to decks and stairs to the rooftop, TV, abundance of entertainment seating, and brilliant beach & ocean vistas. After a full day of fun in the sun, rinse off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower and savor a dip in the private enclosed & heated pool.
