Cavernous 3 bed 2 bath condo with a sizable front deck with an exceptional ocean view and a rear back deck with canal view! The vistas from all bedrooms and the living room make this condo a gem! Watch the sunrise in the morning and appreciate the sunset in the evenings. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a slider to the enormous front deck. Unwind in the saltwater pool while cooking on the community barbeque grilles. Nearby is Freeman Park, public beach access and the Boardwalk!

The State of North Carolina requires us to get a signed Vacation Rental Agreement from each tenant along with a acknowledgement of the HOA rules. Both forms will be submitted to tenant for completion. We also request a copy of the primary renter's government issued ID for our records.
