- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many rental management companies supply Brunswick area area travel guides which will include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. During your stay:
- Get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
- To ensure that damages are not attributed to your visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Get in touch with the rental manager right away to relay your findings.
