Bottom Floor - simple living, clean, comfortable, entirely furnished and supplied with everything you need for a calming stay... pots, pans, dishware, etc. Boardwalk and Gathering Deck atop the dunes provide spectacular vistas from pier to pier! RENOVATED 2017 interior... upgraded kitchen, entirely new bathroom with tile shower, pedestal sink, new beds, furnishings, etc.! And 2016 exterior... new metal roof, freshly installed vinyl windows, new fiberglass doors, reconstructed decks... Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.
