Amazing vistas from this beach home. Highly beautiful Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This home has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which features many stores and eateries. Just blocks from the home is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grille. All beds and furnishings are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with all pots, pans, cups, and silverware needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This home is kept very clean and can be a ideal vacation.

We have had multiple problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible).
