Appreciate the fantastic sunrises and sunsets from the covered private balcony with furnishings and wrap-around deck! Seasonal pool on premises, shared outdoor shower with cold water, next to ocean walkway. Oak Island Golf Club and restaurant across the street. Walking distance to the beach club. Nightly units available with a 3-nighttime minimum.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
Though family pets are not allowed, please note that occasionally a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
About the Area
Located in Oak Island, this condo is on the beach. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.
