This amazingly maintained Beach Home, is in its third season on the market as a vacation rental. Our home has a sizable living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a one half bathroom.

The home is located on the west side of Holden Beach, on a modest dead end road, which is steps away from the beach. Enter our home up from the front steps and you will walk into the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas. Off the main living space is the Primary bedroom with a King bed and full bath; there is also a half bathroom and laundry room on same floor.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. First bedroom have Bunk beds and a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, both areas are split with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors to exit onto the upper deck.

The backyard has a golf course, a 13x 26 pool, lounge area and grille. We hope you and your family will appreciate our home as much as we do.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Planet Fun and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

  • The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking your vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
