Walking out of the elevator onto the 1st floor you will find your secondary living area, kitchenette equipped with a mini refrigerator and wet bar, as well as 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The enormous windows allow for the natural lighting to glisten throughout the home offering a warm coastal vibe. Located on the 2nd floor you will find your primary living area / kitchen giving you vistas, vistas, and more vistas of the shining canal! You will also find 3 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. No detail was missed in this home from the nautical décor, to the comfortable furnishings.
