  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Brunswick area area. To find the best value, try changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.   • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
