Please do not be alarmed by my lack of reviews :-) I have been using a different site for the past two years and currently have 72 reviews and Superhost status there.

Ideal location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely simple access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Savor a drink in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Conveniences include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Cape Fear Museum and Bellamy Mansion Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Burgwin-Wright House and Latimer House. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Trask Coliseum or Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
