Take the elevator up and be met with comfort and oceanside appeal. The chef's dream kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator + 2 refrigerator drawers, double wall ovens, both an electric cooktop and gas range, ice maker, and so much more! The dining area and bar accommodates seating for up to 19 guests and a separate toddler table for the kids. Or you can eat outdoors in the massive screened porch that includes a dining table with seating for 10. The wet bar includes a separate wine cooler and you will also appreciate the dedicated coffee bar with multiple coffee machines (Keurig and Ninja) and laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers. The living area features comfortable furnishings and two twin hide-a-beds, offering ample space for family game nights. Every room has been refreshed and refreshed for 2025 with the help of a professional interior designer! New paint, new carpet, new furnishings, a second bunk room and a new separate living area.

For added fun, the "Atlantis" bedroom (#3) can be used as a secondary living area with a flat-screen TV with a cozy couch, and chairs. Making this into a gaming area or the ideal hangout spot!

Outside, you will savor the sizable oceanside swimming pool, featuring a separate, round sitting pool, surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of mins. using your private beach boardwalk. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the private outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. For added convenience, you will enjoy the 7th bathroom, located on the ground level near the pool. Appreciate dining Al Fresco on the enormous screened-in porch, complete with a giant outdoor dining table and chairs. You will appreciate the new decking with a gas grille, and a yard huge enough to play corn hole or bocce, as well as a huge covered sandbox for the kids to play in!

You will appreciate the outdoor storage area included for guests to store their bicycles or kayaks, and a second storage area to store smaller beach items. Outdoor amenities are generally available each year from April through October and include the swimming pool, grille, outdoor shower, outdoor furnishings and umbrellas. Weather can sometimes affect the availability of outdoor amenities, so if your stay is between November 1st and April 30th, please check on their availability by calling Proactive Vacations.

Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
