This huge family-friendly and immaculate home features an inverted floor plan that includes a gourmet kitchen, huge living room, two dining areas and two master bedrooms on the top floor. Both master bedrooms are roomy and have ocean and intracoastal waterway vistas and huge en suite bathrooms. The kitchen has bespoke granite countertops, tile backsplash, new appliances, constructed-in commercial refrigerator double ovens, and is well-outfitted with every gadget, modest appliance, and utensil needed to prepare sizable meals or accommodate take-out from any of the many eateries on the island. The living room includes new furnishings with a enormous flat-screen tv, expansive ocean vistas, bar area with a constructed-in ice maker and wine refrigerator that spills over to a sizable covered veranda.

The second floor includes 6 bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom. A second living room with a large TV and pull out sleeper couch is a ideal hangout space for kids or adults. The utility room on this floor includes a front-load washer and dryer, and laundry/utility sink. The ground floor includes a two-car garage and game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, and a secondary full-size refrigerator for additional cold food and drink storage. The 3/4 acre grounds include lush landscaping, over 70 enormous palm trees, fenced yard, and a backyard getaway with a large deck ideal for calming by the saltwater pool and hot tub, grilling dinner or appreciating the afternoon sun and warm nighttime breeze.
