Directly across from the beach access and just a few miles from the heart of Ocean Isle Beach- OIB Creamery, Breakers Arcade, OIB Pier, Pelican's Perch, Drift Coffee Shop, Sharkys, Ocean Isle Fish Company, the New Town Park... etc.

If you check out the webcam at the OIB Pier, you will see the changes to prepare for the summer season!

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To get the most suitable rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
