All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Giant Properties. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

• The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
