This four bedroom home is ideal for family vacations and making precious memories. Our Lighthouse Landing 8 is not far from the peaceful beaches in North Carolina and only a short ride to Harbor Village and Old Baldy.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
